Sleestak with ears that is. First he wanted a yellow cake with a picture of him and his little sister, then it was Elmo, then it was Yoda, then it was "Mom, how about Yoda meets Elmo!" So I obliged, sort of. I didn't even try a lightsaber, although maybe that would have been better. Come to think of it, Elmo looks a litte funny too, but at least our 1 year old recognized him! To my credit, everything was homemade including the butter frosting which tasted really good (temporarily stopped the Lent fast for his birthday). I should take lessons from Danielle Bean.
We had a great time celebrating his 4th birthday! Here he is with all his new transformers gear and with his brother and sisters.
